Trend from Japan “Shinrin Yoku”
The Japanese term means “immersing oneself in the atmosphere of the forest”. It has nothing to do with bathing in a forest lake. Rather, it is about training the senses and mindfully perceiving nature.
Forest bathing is the conscious act of spending time in the forest – with the purpose of recovering and strengthening one’s own health.
